  • Snack: Pumpkin seed trail mix (leftovers)
  • Dinner: Maple “sausage” veggie skillet
  • Dessert: Coconut Madeleines by Emily Fabulous. My family and I often have a dessert once a week. However, if you don’t want to include sweets in your meal plan, the ingredients for this dessert are noted in the grocery list, so you can remove these items from your list.
