The leaves are starting to change which means Fall is headed in. One way we like to stay healthy and save money is by eating with the seasons. This means stocking up on fall seasonal fruits and vegetables, especially squash!
So we’re stocking our fall weekly meal plan full of fall-themed recipes. And to make things easier for you, we’ve included a free printable grocery list for the week so you can hit the store with confidence knowing exactly what you need.

Sunday recipes
- Breakfast: Chocolate smoothie bowl. To reduce items on your grocery list, use frozen berries only and use peanut butter instead of almond butter.
- Lunch: Brussel sprouts hash by Cooking in the 262
- Snack: Maple roasted almonds
- Dinner: Butternut squash chickpea curry by Coffee Fit Kitchen

- Breakfast: Maple pumpkin overnight oats
- Lunch: Butternut squash chickpea curry (leftovers)
- Snack: Peanut butter and honey granola by Mom, the Lunch Lady. Make a half recipe if you want enough for just this week, or store in an airtight container and enjoy next week also!
- Dinner: Root veggie stew

- Breakfast: Maple pumpkin overnight oats (leftovers)
- Lunch: Root veggie stew (leftovers)
- Snack: Maple roasted almonds (leftovers)
- Dinner: Ratatouille by Sula and Spice

- Breakfast: Sweet potato, spinach, and smoked gouda frittata
- Lunch: Root veggie stew (leftovers)
- Snack: Pumpkin seed trail mix. Make a half recipe if you just want enough for this week; or make more and store in the fridge, and it will last up to two months.
- Dinner: Ratatouille (leftovers)

- Lunch: Potato spinach curry by the Yummy Bowl
- Snack: Peanut butter and honey granola (leftovers)
- Dinner: Mexican tofu scramble by The Conflicted Vegan

- Breakfast: Sweet potato, spinach, and smoked gouda frittata (leftovers)
- Lunch: Potato spinach curry (leftovers)
- Snack: Pumpkin seed trail mix (leftovers)
- Dinner: Maple “sausage” veggie skillet
- Dessert: Coconut Madeleines by Emily Fabulous. My family and I often have a dessert once a week. However, if you don’t want to include sweets in your meal plan, the ingredients for this dessert are noted in the grocery list, so you can remove these items from your list.
