- 1ΒΌ cups water
- 2 drops grapefruit essential oil therapeutic grade
- 1 scoop chocolate vegan protein powder
- 1 medium Banana 1/2 a large or 1 small/medium banana
- 1 teaspoon natural almond butter
- 1 cup frozen spinach or 2 cups frozen
- 1 cup Ice
Add ingredients to blender. Pour water, grapefruit oil, chocolate protein powder, banana, almond butter, and 1 cup frozen spinach to a high powered blender (or 2 cups fresh spinach).
Blend until smooth. Blend ingredients until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
Serve. Serve smoothie immediately for best results, or freeze for later.
