Equipment

  • 1 high powered blender

Ingredients

  • 1ΒΌ cups water
  • 2 drops grapefruit essential oil therapeutic grade
  • 1 scoop chocolate vegan protein powder
  • 1 medium Banana 1/2 a large or 1 small/medium banana
  • 1 teaspoon natural almond butter
  • 1 cup frozen spinach or 2 cups frozen
  • 1 cup Ice

Instructions

  • Add ingredients to blender. Pour water, grapefruit oil, chocolate protein powder, banana, almond butter, and 1 cup frozen spinach to a high powered blender (or 2 cups fresh spinach).
  • Blend until smooth. Blend ingredients until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Serve. Serve smoothie immediately for best results, or freeze for later.
