Oven Baked S’mores (Vegetarian and Gluten Free)

Ingredients

  • Graham crackers gluten free
  • Marshmallows vegetarian and gluten free
  • Chocolate bars

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  • Break the graham crackers in half and place half of the crackers on the baking sheet; top with marshmallows and cover graham crackers evenly.
  • Bake in the oven for 5 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
  • Place a layer of chocolate on top of the marshmallows. Place remaining graham crackers halves on top.
  • Allow to cool slightly.
  • Enjoy!
