Rinse and drain pumpkin seeds. Toss them with maple syrup, sea salt, and pumpkin pie spice. Spread evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake them for 30 minutes, stirring them halfway through baking time. Toward the end of the baking time, stir again more frequently to prevent seeds from stick to parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes, and golden raisins.
